Monique treats general conditioning patients as well as balance, ortho and spine. Monique is working towards specialization in neuro, stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease therapy. Monique graduated in 2025, and is very passionate about helping others and having one-on-one time with patients.

Sean Dick, PT

Sean is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in treaing patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions as well as working with athletes, young and old, looking to improve their performance following injury. Sean is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. he has additional certifications in dry needling and LSVT-BIG. He is passionate about aiding his patients in improving their strength, function, and overall capacity to perform their favorite activities, hobbies and exercise routines.

Bethany Reed, PTA

Trish Strazar, PT

Trish has been a full-time practicing physical therapist for 37 years, and an athletic trainer for 39 years. She enjoys working with athletic injuries, and rehabilitating athletes to return to the sport that they love. She also enjoys working with expectant mothers, and following up on them post-partum. Trish is the mother of 6 athletic daughters, and still enjoys playing soccer, tennis, golf, swimming, skiing, hiking and any other physical activity. Her goal is to get everyone “back in the game of life!” Trish’s energy and enthusiasm are a plus for everyone’s rehabilitation.
